Fish is RiverClan's main source of food, so of course they need to live near a river! A large expanse of glittering water is their territory, but sometimes they prefer the reeds and sandy banks, where they can find mice and voles to supplement their aquatic foodsource. Although a source of food, however, the river has also been known to claim lives, so kits are kept away from it.
